X01 HOME GUIDE
Before choosing X01 Home
X01 Home combines a TV box with 365 days of TV and movie service from first activation. For TV viewing, you need a display with an HDMI input, a suitable power outlet and an internet connection.
Support provides your account and current app instructions. App compatibility, content availability and supported playback quality can vary by provider and region. Other third-party subscriptions may charge separately. Ask support before ordering if a particular channel, event or title matters to you.

Set up X01 in three steps
- Connect your TV. Plug the supplied HDMI cable into the device and an available HDMI port on your display. Select that exact HDMI input on the TV.
- Connect power. Use the supplied power adapter and follow the instructions included with your unit. Do not substitute an adapter unless its compatibility has been verified.
- Follow the on-screen setup. Choose your language, connect using the network options available on your unit, and sign in only to applications and content you are authorized to use.
Contact support with your order reference for account details and device-specific app instructions. The included 365-day period starts at first activation. Read the activation and renewal guide.
Basic troubleshooting
No picture on the TV
Check the selected TV input, HDMI connections and power. Try another HDMI port or a known-working HDMI cable. Follow the supplied manual before changing display settings.
The remote does not respond
Check the required battery type, installation and power. If your remote requires pairing, use the pairing instructions included with that exact remote; do not assume a universal key combination.
An app or stream is not working
Check the internet connection and the app provider's service status, region and account requirements. An app issue is not proof of a hardware fault. Never install software from an untrusted source.

What does my purchase include?
The X01 device and accessories listed above, plus 365 days of TV and movie service from first activation. Support supplies your account and installation instructions. Other third-party subscriptions may charge separately.
Are there separate service fees?
The first 365 days of included service start at first activation. After that, continued service is USD 99 per year. Renewal is optional and manual; there is no automatic renewal charge. Hardware warranty and other third-party subscription terms are separate.
Can I use a phone or tablet?
Use the supported app on Android phones and tablets, iPhone or iPad, following instructions from support. Mobile playback works independently of the TV box. Up to two devices can play simultaneously on the included account; an active X01 counts as one.
What memory, Wi-Fi and video features does X01 Home have?
X01 Home has 4GB RAM, 32GB storage and dual-band Wi-Fi 6 (2.4/5GHz). The H728 specification supports H.265 decoding up to 8K at 24fps; the HDMI 2.0a display output is up to 4K. Decoding capability is not 8K display output. HDR and playback depend on compatible content, applications and display equipment.
Will every streaming app work?
No. Compatibility, certification, resolution, subscriptions and geographic access depend on the application and its provider. Confirm requirements for the applications you intend to use before purchasing.
How do I request hardware support?
Use the contact form above. Include the model, order number if applicable, the issue and any error message. Keep passwords, identity documents and payment details out of your message.

X01 shipping and delivery
Orders are dispatched from the factory in Shenzhen, China by Chaohai Supply Chain (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., the authorized seller and fulfillment provider. US inventory is not yet available; the California return location is not the dispatch origin for new orders.
StreamXBOX X01 Home ships from Shenzhen, China to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Mexico and Australia. Estimated delivery to these five destinations is 7–14 calendar days from payment. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date; carrier and customs delays can affect arrival.
Standard shipping to the United States and Canada is included in the USD 199.99 X01 Home offer. Applicable customer taxes are separate. Your shipping confirmation provides tracking information when available. If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, contact us with your order number.

For delivery to the United Kingdom, Mexico or Australia, standard shipping is free when you buy two or more boxes in the same order. The discount applies automatically at checkout; no code is required. It cannot be combined with other product or order discounts. Orders to the United States and Canada retain free standard shipping at any quantity. Free shipping does not include applicable customer taxes or import charges.
Rates are set in USD. Where supported by the payment method, prices and shipping are converted to your market currency. Checkout confirms the payment currency and full total before payment; exchange rates can change. The shipping rate does not include applicable customer taxes or import charges.

The X01 Home offer is USD 199.99, excluding applicable customer taxes. Taxes collected by the store are shown separately at checkout before payment. 30-day returns
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Contact support@streamxbox.com with your order number and the item you wish to return before sending a package. We will confirm the return instructions and return-shipping arrangements.
For a non-defective return, the customer pays the return-shipping cost. For a return due to a product quality issue, StreamX LLC pays the return-shipping cost. Contact us first so we can arrange the appropriate return method.

StreamX LLC provides the one-year X01 Home hardware warranty beginning on the delivery date. To request hardware warranty support during this period, email your order number and a description of the issue to support@streamxbox.com. StreamX LLC provides technical assessment and service guidance; its authorized seller, Chaohai Supply Chain (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., handles approved return and replacement logistics.
The X01 Home offer includes 365 days of TV and movie service from first activation, with account and app instructions supplied by support. Each included X01 Home account supports up to two simultaneous devices; an active X01 counts as one. This allowance applies only to X01 Home. Continued service after the included period is USD 99 per year, renewed manually with no automatic renewal charge. Other third-party subscriptions may charge separately. Account service and renewal are separate from the one-year hardware warranty. Self-service help and messages are available 24/7; immediate human replies are not guaranteed.
