How StreamXBOX Works

X01 Home combines a TV box with 365 days of included TV and movie service. This guide explains the purchase, activation, device limit and renewal before you order.

One purchase, more than one screen

Connect X01 to an HDMI TV, or use the supported app on an Android phone or tablet, iPhone or iPad. Phone and tablet playback works independently of the TV box: X01 does not need to remain powered on.

What is included?

  • X01 Home hardware with 4GB RAM, 32GB storage and Wi-Fi 6.
  • A remote, power adapter, HDMI cable and user manual.
  • 365 days of service starting at first activation.
  • Account and setup instructions provided by customer support through email or WhatsApp.

The X01 Home offer is USD 199.99 before applicable taxes. Check shipping and the final total at checkout.

How do I receive my account and set up?

  1. Place your order using the X01 Home product page.
  2. Keep your order confirmation and order reference.
  3. Contact support@streamxbox.com or use our support message form. Our team provides the account details and instructions for your device by email or WhatsApp.
  4. For TV use, connect HDMI and power, choose the matching input, and connect Wi-Fi or Ethernet. For mobile or tablet use, follow the app instructions supplied by support.
  5. Complete first activation. The included 365-day period starts then, not on the date the order is placed.

Request app compatibility and the current channel information before ordering if a particular device, channel, event or title matters to you. Do not assume that a specific channel or title is included.

Can two devices play at the same time?

Yes. Up to two devices can play simultaneously on the included account. An X01 box that is playing counts as one device; it is not two mobile devices plus the box.

What happens after 365 days?

Continued service is USD 99 per year after the included period. Renewal is manual. This offer does not authorize automatic subscription charges. Contact support when you want to renew.

Does 8K decoding mean 8K TV output?

No. X01 supports H.265 8K decoding up to 24fps; HDMI output is up to 4K. Actual quality depends on the source, app, internet connection and display. Read the decoding and output guide.

Shipping, returns and hardware warranty

Review the shipping details, 30-day return conditions and one-year hardware warranty before ordering. The seller covers approved return or replacement shipping for covered hardware faults not caused by misuse or accidental damage. Ordinary, non-defective returns remain subject to the published conditions and shipping costs.
